Shipping/Delivery Information

Shuoanda Global B2B Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

  1. Our Commitment to Flexible Logistics

At Shuoanda, we empower your global business with end-to-end logistics flexibility. We offer a comprehensive range of shipping terms—from EXW and FOB for partners with their own freight networks, to DDU and DDP for a hassle-free, door-to-door experience. The chosen Incoterm must be explicitly confirmed in your Proforma Invoice (PI) and Sales Contract.

  1. Order Processing & Lead Time

· Order Confirmation: All B2B orders are confirmed upon receipt of an official Purchase Order (PO) and 100% payment as per the issued invoice.
· Processing Time: Standard orders are ready for handover or shipment within 3-5 business days after order confirmation and payment.

  1. Comprehensive Shipping Terms

We provide four primary shipping options to suit your logistical needs and risk preference.

Option A: EXW (Ex Works / Factory Pickup)

· Your Responsibility: You (or your nominated freight forwarder) are responsible for all tasks and costs from our factory gate onward, including trucking, export clearance, main freight, insurance, and import formalities.
· Our Role: We ensure goods are packed and ready for your pickup at our designated facility in China. We provide commercial documents to assist your forwarder.

Option B: FOB (Free On Board – Named Chinese Port)

· Your Responsibility: You bear all costs and risks once goods are loaded on the vessel at the port. This includes ocean/air freight, insurance, and all destination costs.
· Our Role: We deliver goods to the shipment port and cover all costs until they are loaded on board, including export clearance in China.

Option C: DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid – Named Destination)

· Your Responsibility: You are responsible for paying all import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country and handling the final customs clearance. You also bear the risk for import delays due to customs issues.
· Our Role: We manage the entire transportation process to the named destination port or address in your country, covering all freight and insurance costs, excluding import duties and taxes.

Option D: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid – Named Destination)

· Your Responsibility: You provide a valid Importer of Record (IOR) number and any other required documentation. Once cleared and delivered, you handle the goods moving forward.
· Our Role (Comprehensive): We manage the entire supply chain, including all freight, insurance, and payment of all import duties and taxes on your behalf. We deliver the goods, fully cleared, to your designated address.

  1. Key Instructions & Requirements

· Freight Forwarder (For EXW/FOB): For EXW or FOB terms, you must appoint a freight forwarder and instruct them to contact us. Shuoanda does not prepay freight costs for EXW or FOB shipments.
· Information Provision (For DDU/DDP): For DDU and DDP shipments, you must provide a valid Importer of Record (IOR) number and any other documentation required for a smooth customs clearance in your country. Delays or additional costs due to incorrect or missing information will be re-invoiced to you.
· Quotes & Pricing: All shipping costs for DDU and DDP services are provided as a separate quote. These are estimates based on the product and destination and are subject to change if port/airport or customs regulations change.

  1. Shipment Tracking & Documentation

We will provide all necessary shipping and commercial documents promptly after shipment. For DDU/DDP shipments, we will also keep you informed of the shipment’s status throughout the journey.

  1. Receipt of Goods & Claims

· All goods undergo a final quality check before dispatch.
· For loss or damage during transit, claims must be filed with the carrier or insurance provider. Shuoanda will provide full cooperation and documentation to support your claim.
